Accessibility statement

Last updated:

JLRS AB, the company behind Collabify, operates this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, whatever their abilities and whatever assistive technology they rely on.

This statement describes how collabify.se meets accessibility requirements, the limitations we know about, how to report a problem to us and where to turn if you are not satisfied with our response.

What this statement covers

This statement applies to the website collabify.se, that is:

  • the public pages: the home page, the creator and business pages, the waitlist, the help centre, the support form and the legal documents,
  • the signed-in business and creator portals, with campaigns, content review, messaging, payments and settings.

The Collabify app for iOS and Android is not covered by this statement. Nor is third-party content shown on the website, such as TikTok video previews, or the dialogs presented by our sign-in and payment providers.

How accessible is the website?

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the level the European standard EN 301 549 and Swedish legislation are based on.

The website is partially conformant with Level AA. The limitations we know about are listed in the next section. This assessment is based on our own review on 2026-09-10 of the public pages on desktop and mobile, using automated tools and manual checks of keyboard navigation, heading structure, contrast and screen-reader support. No independent audit has been carried out yet, so this statement is under review and will be updated as the limitations are resolved.

Content that is not accessible

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to resolve them:

  • The sign-in and sign-up pages and the support form have no main heading (h1), which makes them harder to navigate with a screen reader.
  • Several sections on the home page, the creator and business pages and the footer fade in only when scrolled into view. With JavaScript disabled, or in assistive technology that reads the page without scrolling, those sections may remain hidden. The animation is turned off when your system asks for reduced motion, but the fade-in still requires the section to be scrolled into view.
  • Wide tables, such as the sub-processor register and the tables in the privacy policy, scroll sideways on small screens.
  • The sub-processor register is kept in English on the Swedish page as well. The table carries a language tag so screen readers switch pronunciation.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe-core and Lighthouse) do not yet run on every page before a change ships, so new issues can appear between our own reviews.
  • Charts and statistics in the signed-in portals offer limited text alternatives to screen-reader users.
  • Embedded third-party content, such as social-media previews, may differ from our own components.

How we work on accessibility

  • A shared design system whose colours are checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast thresholds by an automated test before a change can ship.
  • Semantic, keyboard-operable components with a visible focus indicator, and a skip link to the main content at the top of our marketing and legal pages.
  • Motion and animation respect the system setting for reduced motion.
  • Swedish and English pages carry the correct language tag, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
  • Accessibility is part of our design and code review.

Report a problem

Have you found something on Collabify that does not work for you, or do you need content in another format? Write to support@collabify.se. Please tell us which page it concerns and what does not work, so that we can reproduce the problem. We normally respond within ten working days.

Supervision

The supervisory authority for digital accessibility in Sweden is Myndigheten för digital förvaltning (DIGG, the Agency for Digital Government). Collabify is operated by a private company and is not subject to the Swedish Act (2018:1937) on Accessibility to Digital Public Services, but we follow the structure DIGG sets out for accessibility statements.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your feedback, you can turn to the authority that supervises the Swedish Act (2023:254) on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services, which applies to certain services offered to consumers: Post- och telestyrelsen (PTS, the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority).
