This campaign uses a prize pool. Your payout is based on how well your content performs, not a fixed fee. Read the terms before you apply.
Sponsor
This contest is organised by JLRS AB, Swedish registration number 559484-0323, c/o Mailboxes ETC, Riddargatan 3, 114 11 Stockholm (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the contest and its administration.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter. Your age is confirmed with BankID when you sign the campaign agreement. Entry is free – no purchase or payment is necessary. By entering, you confirm that the details you have provided are accurate.
No fixed fee
You receive no fixed payment for taking part. Your compensation for taking part comes from the prize pool and is distributed after the campaign ends. If the campaign includes the add-on sales commission, your share of it is paid on top, per the clause below.
Performance-based share
Your share of the prize pool depends on how many views your content gets compared with other participants in the campaign.
Production commitment
If selected, you commit to creating and publishing the agreed content within the campaign's timeframe.
Contest period
The contest period is shown on each campaign in the app. Only content published within the campaign's period counts.
How the winnings are determined
Your share of the prize pool is based on the proportion of the campaign's total views your approved content accounts for, measured via the platform's view statistics. The split is provisional until the contest period ends, when it is finalised.
Prizes and tax
The prize pool amount is shown on each campaign in the app, split between participating creators by share of total views. Winnings are a gross amount. The creator is responsible for reporting tax on their share, except where Collabify or the payout partner is required by law to withhold tax and file the income report — which route applies to you is shown in the app before you request a payout.
Penalty-free withdrawal
If the prize pool is scaled down after selection, you may withdraw without penalty before confirming your spot. No cost applies.
Disqualification for fake engagement
Purchased or manipulated views lead to disqualification, and any share already paid out may be reclaimed (clawback).
Disputes
Any disputes concerning the contest are handled in the first instance by the Sponsor. A dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement is decided under Swedish law.
70% commission to the creator
Of the commission on additional sales, 70% goes to you as the creator and 30% to the platform.
