Payouts: getting paid as an influencer

Two rails currently support influencer payouts: Stripe Connect (T+2 business days) and Gigapay (T+1).

Eligibility

A payout is eligible after the business approves your content for that campaign and the commission window closes. You can see your eligible amount on the Wallet page.

Connect a payout method

Open Wallet → Connect payout method. Stripe Connect requires you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) directly with Stripe — you'll be redirected and returned automatically. Gigapay uses your personnummer + bank details.

Request a payout

Once eligible, tap Request payout. You'll sign the payout authorization with BankID. Funds land in your bank account within the rail's window (T+1 or T+2 in Swedish business days).

When something goes wrong

If KYC is incomplete, the wallet shows a banner with a "Resume Stripe onboarding" button. Failed payouts surface in Wallet → History with a reason.
