Payments
How campaign payments work
Last reviewed: 2026-05-22
Campaigns charge the business in two phases.
Activation charge
When you sign the campaign contract and complete Stripe checkout, the activation budget is captured. This is what funds the influencer base fee — it sits in escrow until content is approved.
Commission invoice
Performance-based campaigns generate a commission invoice as sales come in via your connected store. Commission is billed monthly: you approve the invoice and pay it via Stripe.
What you'll see in the wallet
- Pending capture — campaign signed, awaiting checkout.
- Held — funds in escrow, content not yet approved.
- Released — content approved, influencer payout queued.
- Invoiced — commission billed and awaiting your approval.
Influencer payouts are a separate flow — see Payouts.
